1. Give us a name and a company domain
You type one person and one company, or you upload a CSV of them. The find email address by name workflow takes it from there.

2. We rank the candidate patterns
Company mailboxes follow a small set of patterns. We generate the candidates for that name on that domain and rank them by how companies actually build addresses.

3. We check the domain and the mailbox
We read the MX records to see whether the domain receives mail at all, detect the provider, then run syntax, role address, disposable and SMTP checks on the candidate. Read how email verification works for what each check means.

4. You export only the verified rows
Verified addresses go out as CSV or straight into HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce. Everything that failed stays behind and costs you nothing.

What per attempt billing costs you

How accurate is the verification
Accuracy depends on what the receiving server is willing to tell us. On a normal domain we confirm the mailbox at the server and mark the row verified. On a catch-all domain no external check can confirm one mailbox, so we mark it catch-all rather than pretending it is confirmed.
What is a catch-all domain and why does it return unknown
A catch-all server accepts mail for every address on the domain, including addresses that do not exist. Any tool that tells you a catch-all address is confirmed is guessing. We label it, we show you the evidence we do have, and a catch-all row does not count as a verified find.
Do I pay for an address you could not verify
No. Only verified finds count against your monthly limit. Guesses, failed checks and catch-all rows cost you nothing.
Where does the data come from and is it legal to use
We work with business contact data: addresses published or inferable for a named person in a named professional role at a named company. We do not build profiles of private individuals and we do not run reverse lookups on personal addresses. Read the privacy policy for the full basis and the retention rules.
Can I import a list I already have
Yes. Upload a CSV of names and domains to find addresses, or a CSV of addresses to verify them. Bulk email verification covers the whole workflow, including deduplication and the suppression list.
Can I cancel
Yes, at any time. Your access runs to the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing renews after that.
Is there an API
Yes. The REST API and webhooks for finding and verification are included from the Scale plan upward. See the email verifier API page for the endpoints.
How do you handle a GDPR request
A person can ask us what we hold about them and ask us to erase it, and we act on that request. Suppression is permanent: an erased address is never returned again, to you or to anyone else.
